All workshops will be held at the Maryborough Football and Netball Club, Princes Park.

Details as follows:

What happens at the workshops?

Our experienced LifeChanger lead facilitators and mentors, with Maryborough's incredible ambassador Mitch Brown, will take the heroes through our five pillars - awakening them to their pathway of choice, and to their best selves. Loosely structured depending on the pillar, the workshops are delivered in an engaging and interactive manner, where heroes break into smaller groups to discuss and share their thoughts on each topic.

Heroes will be inducted onto our digital platform after the activation workshop, where they can access targeted inspirational content and personal messages from our dedicated ambassadors. They will also be asked to complete a wellbeing survey (largely based on Australian Wellbeing Index, and interpreted to be friendly for youth aged 11-15 year olds). The survey covers all the five pillars, and they can retake at any time. In fact, we ask them to retake the survey after each workshop so they can see how their inner heroes are tracking!

For more detail on our programs and objectives, check out Our Programs.

What do the heroes need to bring to the workshops?

Nothing!

Please note there will be no food or drink provided, so ensure your hero is fuelled up and ready to go! Snacks and water bottles are encouraged.
